Join a historical presentation of the Château Peyrassol vineyard in the heart of the century-old barrel cellar. Your guide will introduce you to the terroir of Provence and its specificities by observing the vineyard landscape.
You can then discover the winemaking process, from the arrival of the grapes to bottling, by exploring the stainless-steel cellar dedicated to white and rosé wines, before heading down to the lower level to the red wine cellar with its concrete vat room.
In the historic harvesters’ room, the experience continues with a tasting of the XIIIE and Château Peyrassol cuvées.
Before or after this guided tour, walk the paths of La Commanderie de Peyrassol at your leisure with the help of an explanatory booklet and a map, in order to discover the rest of the route, the works of the Philippe Austruy Collection, the Remarkable Garden, the vines and the forest.
