Only thing we didn’t like was the lack of information we were given. There should be more clear instructions about which activities to do and when and how the process works for the transfer pick up on the way back.

Overall, the experience was just okay. It would help people to know how much walking is actually required to get to everything in the park, and that water shoes are REQUIRED due to the rocky surfaces on the floor of the rivers and cenote. Also, please don't call it a cenote- it's not at all. It's manmade and 5 feet deep. The water is pretty cool. We also witnessed a staff member dumping out a mop bucket of dirty water (from the bathroom???) into the lazy river. That is disgusting.

I will make a formal complaint when back in UK. The facilities the rep told us we would have access to were not available and so our experience was not what we expected. Very frustrating!

We enjoyed the water sports. Only thing I'd say to improve was the initial communication. We arrived and walked through past the front desk. Had to walk back through once the employees were settled and ready to register. Communication after was great.
