Der Transport war etwas spannend. Sehr enger Bus bis auf den letzten Platz besetzt. Ansonsten war es ein super schönes Erlebnis. Das Boot ist sehr nah an den Wasserfall herangefahren, man konnte super Fotos machen. Auch das Baden neben dem Wasserfall ist eine schöne Idee. Was uns sehr gut gefallen hat, dass es nicht zu einer Verkaufs Veranstaltung wurde. Man konnte mit Musik im Hintergrund die Fahrt genießen. Auch der Fotograf hat einen wenn man ihn nicht wollte in Ruhe gelassen. Super Erlebnis

Transfers und Bootstour verlief reibungslos. Das Personal agierte unauffällig ohne zu nerven. Da es auch das Wetter gut mit uns meinte, haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

I had an email saying meet at security gate at hotel where you will be picked up we asked at our reception is this where we get picked up for excursions and she said yes, we waited for over an hour then was told there are 2 security gates one at the front and one at the back, your email just said security gate, we were at the wrong one and missed the trip and lost our money, not happy at all!
