Join the all-access tour, which will begin with a 90-minute walking tour covering St. Paul's Chapel, the Firefighter's Memorial Wall and the 9/11 Memorial. Your guide will lead you to the 9/11 Museum (accessible via optional upgrade) where you'll be provided with timed entry tickets to minimize wait times and enjoy the visit at your leisure.

After the museum visit, you'll enter the Observatory (a two-minute walk away, accessible via optional upgrade). This panoramic observation deck is a marvel of engineering and architecture. The program begins in the lobby of the Freedom Tower with "Voices" - a film dedicated to the men and women of the Twin Towers and the new One World Trade Center. You'll then take the "Sky Pod" elevator, which rises 1,250 ft (381 m) in the air in 60 seconds.

The observation deck begins on the 102nd floor with the See Forever Theater and moves down to the 100th floor, where the main observation deck is situated. Immersive LED displays, interactive touch screen video, and dining options mean there's plenty to do, but the true draw is the view that awaits: the impressive New York City skyline.

Die Tour war sehr interessant. Wir hatten einen tollen Guide (Jorge). Durch ihn haben wir wertvolle Informationen über Ground Zero und das 9/11 Memorial erhalten. Besonders bewegend war es, als er geschildert hat, wie er und eine Frau, die ja quasi direkt vor Ort waren, den 09.11.2001 erlebt haben. Wir waren zum Sunset im OW Observatory und haben einen traumhaften Sonnenuntergang erlebt.

De gids was een zeer vriendelijke gepensioneerde "local" die vol passie over "zijn" stad vertelde en over de dag 9/11 zelf. WE hadden ook kaartjes voor de One World geboekt maar helaas was het zwaar bewolkt en zouden we de stad niet kunnen zien vanaf de top.. Gelukkig bood men ter plaatse aan dat we het kostenloos konden omboeken naar een andere dag. Hier hebben we dankbaar gebruik van gemaakt

Man bekam vor Ort andere Tickets, mit denen gab es im weiteren Verlauf keine Probleme (bei anderen gebuchten Ausflügen, waren die TUI-Tickets immer unbekannt und führten zu Problemen). Beim Museum keine lange Wartezeit. Das Museum ist absolut sehenswert. Der Tower lohnt sich für einen Blick über New York. Wir hatten allerdings aufgrund Nebels keine gute Sicht.

Freedom Tower policy: Tickets are only available on a specific date and time. The date will be the same as your tour date, though actual entry time may vary based on availability. In the case of no availability, you will be notified and given the option to select another date
9/11 Museum policy: You will get a timed entry into the 9/11 Museum, which may be for directly after your tour ends, depending on availability, or some time later. The museum reserves the discretion not to admit you if you are early or late, you cannot exit and reenter the museum and there is a security checkpoint upon entering the museum. All large bags will need to be checked at the coat check, and whilst food and beverage can be brought in, they must be eaten at Atrium level. No flash photography or taking of phone call is allowed
Please arrive 15 minutes early. Tours start on time and if you're late, you may not be able to join the group
There is no need to print out the ticket, just tell the guide your name when you arrive
The tour operates in rain or snow, please dress appropriately for the weather
Videotaping the tour is prohibited without prior permission
