Starting from meeting your guide once collected at your accommodation, you'll be driven an hour northeast on the left bank of the Red River to Bat Trang Village. Hear ceramic handicraft trading is not only a booming trend but helping to keep the traditional crafts alive. Then, witness how the village is surrounded by fertile farmland and filled with wall-to-wall shops selling ancient and modern ceramics.

Next, you'll have a chance to chat with the local artisans at work or sit behind a potter’s wheel to see how they create ceramic vases and other masterpieces in their kilns.
