At night, Budapest turns into a romantic, illuminated town with the mighty Danube reflecting the lights. Take part in a 1.5-hour romantic ship cruise down the Danube and admire the sights from the river while enjoying a buffet dinner and live musical entertainment.

It's the perfect way to try some local dishes while listening to live music by the Rajkó Folk Orchestra. The performance also features a traditional Hungarian instrument, the famous 'cimbalom'. The combination of string instruments and the cimbalom provides a uniquely Hungarian, unforgettable harmony and atmosphere during the cruise.

After the performance, you'll have the chance to request your favourite songs to be played by the artists.

Main course: "Széchenyi" pork tenderloin with onion mashed potatoes and pickles

Soup: Tarragon poultry ragout soup
Main: Chicken leg paprikash essence, potato gratin, fresh salad, pickles

Veggie Flow (Vegetarian, Option 3)

Starter: Amuse-bouche: Eggplant dip, paprika dip and pink hummus
Soup: Seasonal vegetable cream soup
Main: Pasta Marinara (shredded parmesan, tomato, olive)

The whole experience was excellent. Well organised, a beautiful ship to sail on, the entertainers where excellent and joined in with the audience for entertainment and photos/videos. A big big well done and thank you to Vivian our host on board. An excellent value for money experience and enjoyable.

Honestly this was the best experience I have been on. I booked this excursion for myself and my son who is 3. I mainly booked it for myself however my son loved it just as much. The staff were outstanding and exceeded my expectations, all so nice and couldn’t do enough for me to make sure we both were enjoying. The live music and folk show was amazing, and interactive. The food was good even my son ate a good amount. Overall very accommodating and the highlight of my trip.

Great experience had by all and a good way to catch a glimpse at all the beautiful buildings along the river. My advice would be to go to the later meal so that you can experience the building with their lights on (makes it more magical) but staff were lovely and very helpful
