Then, visit Doi Suthep Temple, this Buddhist temple is draped in gold, and is one of northern Thailand's most sacred temples. Here, you'll enjoy the breathtaking panoramic view from the top of the mountain over the city and the land below.

- Wear comfortable walking shoes for the Monk's Trail Hike to Wat Pha Lat
- Visitors must be properly dressed when visiting the temples. Shoulders and ankles need to be covered. No shorts, slippers, or revealing tops, otherwise you won't be allowed in
