Your next stop is a local tavern beneath Plaza Mayor, where you'll sample Spanish cheese, tortilla de patata, and vermouth. In La Latina neighbourhood, Madroño liquor accompanies Spanish Chorizo. Returning to the historic part of Madrid, you'll relish a bocadillo de calamares with local beer in Plaza Mayor.
