Join now this full-day tour and discover the essence of Porto with an expert guide. On this experience, you'll enjoy a combination of a walking tour and a tuk-tuk ride.

The experience will begin visiting the 12th-century Sé do Porto Cathedral, and the Sé district, where you'll learn more about the city's customs with your guide. You'll continue in São Bento train station, with its hand-painted tiles that line its interior and illustrate part of the history of Portugal. Then you'll visit the most commercial area of Porto, the Bolhão area, where you'll find the traditional market as well as Rua de Santa Catarina, where the most luxurious Porto Café is located. In the city center, you'll pass through Liberdade Square, flanked by Avenida dos Aliados. Don't miss the opportunity to stop at the Carmo and Carmelite churches, as well as the Lello bookstore before heading to Torre dos Clérigos.

After a lunch break, at the Palácio de Cristal Gardens, you'll have the opportunity to admire the views over the Douro River. You'll proceed through Miragaia and Vitória neighborhoods, as well Praça do Infante, the Palácio da Bolsa, São Francisco church, and the old Ferreira Borges market. Then, you'll cross the Luis I bridge and stop at the Serra do Pilar monastery to enjoy a glass of Port wine and contemplate the Douro River and the views of the city.

After the break you'll continue along the right bank of Douro, passing through the Arrábida bridge to the Foz river where you'll see the Atlantic Ocean. You’ll also visit Matosinhos, a fishing area where the largest urban park in the country is located, Parque da Cidade. Finally, you'll return to the city center to end your tour.
