Exchange your voucher for the official ticket at the ticket counter of the Universalmuseum Joanneum located inside the Kunsthaus, Styrian Armory (Landeszeughaus), Natural History Museum or Neue Galerie Graz
Children and Youths (age 0-18) can enter the museums for free - free tickets are issued at the museum's ticket counter
Your ticket will be activated when it's used for the first time and is then valid for 24 hours
Museum hours/days of operation are subject to changes, please check the opening hours on the museum website before your visit
Guided tours in the individual museums or audio guides can be purchased at the ticket counter(s) for 3 € each
