Sunsations – båttur med Albatros på Isla Mujeres

Enjoyed trip very much, lots of entertainment! Our only disappointment was when we booked the tour we were told we would have alcoholic drinks from the moment we got on the boat till we got off. We had a long wait time before even getting on the boat and then another long wait to take off only to find out no drinks until after snorkeling. We totally understand for safety no alcohol for the snorklers but our group did not go there to snorkel and it was obvious so it was disappointing.

The boat ride was really nice with the snorkeling and the people on board. The beach club was not the best, food options were literally open and birds and flies were eating them. Tequila tasting didn’t even announce when it was closing so people could participate before. Open bar had bad drinks. Overall beach club experience was bad

The Cruise was great but the Drop off for 3 hours was boring.

The staff did not always remember that there were patrons onboard who did not speak Spanish. On the return portion of the journey, none of the announcements were repeated in English. Only Spanish music was played during the return ride home, and the ship was almost 30 minutes late picking us up to take us back to Cancun. We were packed on like sardines. I have done catamaran tours for over 10 years and this was by far the worst.

EVERYTHING

It was suppose to be a party island, that was false everyone sleep. Water was dirty. I ask for a Valleyball to start a game up they didn’t have one.
