We were picked up and our names were on the tui guides list so we went on the trip which was only paradise valley. No buggy ride. No lunch simply paradise valley which is normally £24 per person. We paid £203 for the two of us booking online before we arrived. Waiting for a refund and response regarding this. We have spoken with the tui rep who said because it’s online we have to complain online
