Know in advance:

Tasting consists of a total of about 10 pieces per person: tasting of dragés, covered in chocolate (4 or 5 pieces), pralines or truffles (3 pieces), chocolate beans and hot or cold chocolate to drink depending on the season
No refund will be accepted for no shows or late arrivals
The workshop will take place rain or shine
