While discovering the history of the Travignoli family's private collection, you'll have the opportunity to select your favourite vintage wine dating back to 1990.
The experience includes a comprehensive tour of the entire estate. You'll explore the private courtyards and gardens, delve into the fermentation and ageing cellars, with a special emphasis on the Family Caveau. Here, you'll be able to handpick your preferred vintage wine. Following this, you'll indulge in a tasting session where you'll sample both your chosen old bottle and a current vintage bottle. This comparison will allow you to truly appreciate the evolution of the selected wine.
To complement your wine tasting, a light Tuscan lunch will be served featuring a platter of cold cuts, pecorino cheese, bruschetta and cantucci paired with Vin santo DOC. Vegetarian or vegan options are readily available upon request. As a memento of your visit, the vintage bottle you've chosen is yours to keep. If not finished during the tasting, feel free to take it home with you. Please note that this experience is designed for a minimum of two people.
