Teilstorno von 2 Personen (für 10 haben wir gebucht) Wochen vor Ausflugsbeginn nicht möglich. Reiseleitung hatte weder ein rotes Erkennungsschild noch sprach der Kollege deutsch. Kaum Verständigung. Dann zuerst Eiffelturm (im Galopp), anschließend sollte Stadtrundfahrt sein. War leider nicht zu schaffen, da wir noch auf dem Eiffelturm im Gedränge feststeckten. Zeit war zu knapp bemessen, Stadtrundfahrt umsonst bezahlt. Für 2 Personen eh alles umsonst bezahlt. Kinder und Enkel waren enttäuscht!

Es von Anfang bis Ende ein wunderschönes Erlebnis.

For safety reasons, people with reduced mobility, visitors using wheelchairs, strollers or crutches cannot access the summit floor (3rd floor)

Not allowed:

Non-foldable strollers and small suitcases cannot be taken up the Eiffel Tower
Glass bottles, knives, sharp objects, padlocks, alcohol, and aerosols are not permitted on the tower. All visitors are subject to security checks. Prohibited items will not be allowed inside the monument

Know in advance:

Each 1st Sunday of the month, the Champs Élysées Avenue is closed to traffic
Despite the priority access to enter the Eiffel Tower, there might be a delay passing through the security check and the lift
Audio commentary available in 10 languages via a downloadable mobile app on your phone
