Opplev Saona og Ron Barcelo Island på Den Dominikanske Republikk

We were totally miss sold this so called high end experience. The food was disappointing the locations stunning but on Saona Island you are permanently hassled for a massage or to buy gifts - not a relaxing experience at all!! We also weren't explained that we would be sat on a coach for over 2.5 hours to get to the area to get on an over crowded boat. The next Island Barcelo was beautiful but again another crammed boat and the facilities were really run down no fresh water to shower

Lamentablemente ni a mí ni a los otros pasajeros les brindaron el servicio prometido, Una verdadera estafa, comida deplorable, bebidas no prometidas, chofer mal educado y guía arrogante, chabacana, mal educada y poco profesional

Hermoso parador, Baños en mal estado. Guia poco clara en las indicaciones. Motomaran en mal estado. La excursion no era 100% lo que vendian en el mostrador. Nos sentimos poco "protegidos" al momento que la guia nos invita a sacarnos una foto de "seguridad" y resulto para la venta de mamajuana, con nuestra imagen no autorizada.

The only part of the excursion that we did not enjoy was having to walk a couple of blocks to get to the bus and then the same thing on the way back after sunset in the dark. Otherwise the trip was fantastic and the crew were excellent.

The tour guide was great for an all inclusive package only rum was offered. Toliets were over flowing and need maintenance. No back up plan for bad weather
