Our excursion was postponed 2 days and then no one showed up. This was a birthday present and I’m appalled no one showed up . Because this is our last day in Punta Cana we missed the opportunity to enjoy Saona. The TUI rep also made no contact when we informed on the lateness. Terrible service from TUI. Terrible terrible terrible.
