The venue was so busy when we arrived inside we were placed in seats that were not very good. This is daunting for children when they keep moving the seats around and it is so loud the staff cannot explain but just tell you to move and place you somewhere else. It would be better to arrive earlier so you can be seated better and with the group you arrive with

Transfer to coco bongo was good. At cocobongo it was a little chaotic and they asked a lot of questions about the Tui Booking confirmation and also required photo ID which was not told to us by our rep. The transfer home was awful. No one from the hotel knew who to go to. We were told to find a person called MIKE in a sea of people which was just not possible. Eventually a coco bongo staff member helped us into a taxi that was going to Royalton Splash hotel, but could have been better organised

Really enjoyable show, really good fun. More details on pick up from coco bongos would have been appreciated but we found our return travel fine.

The actual show was amazing and would highly for other families. Downside is not having a TUI presence at the venue, as no-one seemed to know where to queue, which led to us being delayed in accessing the venue on time.
