Nous avions rdv à 11h au lobby de l'hôtel mais arrivés sur place (1h de route plus tard), on nous a signalé que le départ était à 11h et que nous étions en **********. Nous avons du patienter 1h30 sur une terrasse où il faisait à mourir de chaud pour être inséré dans le prochain départ. Quand j'ai voulu aller en parler avec l'agent Tui à l'hôtel, il a été particulièrement désagréable, me signalant que si j'étais venue avant comme il me l'avait proposé, ça ne ce serait pas passé de la sorte...

The whole excursion was very good start to finish the speed boat and snorkling was excellent only downside is that the earliest pick-up time is 11.05 am would be nice to go for around 7-8 am so you get back earlier in the afternoon instead of around 5-6 pm definitely would recommend going to anyone.

Different to what was advertised, there were no turtles or manatees, for some reason we weren’t allowed to be in the same boat (3 adults) without any explanation despite multiple advertisements of boats with even 4 people on. The best part was the sailing which was fun but the snorkelling gear was very uncomfortable. The boats also had different speeds and if we broke down I felt the guide would’ve just sailed without us. Bring own snorkelling gear and it should be a much better experience.

The overall tour was great from start to finish, but this could have been we were only a group of two, not the max group (8, I think). The boat driving and and snorkeling were a great experience, with lots of different fishes to see. My son would have liked a big longer to snorkel, I think we had about 30-45 mins. One down side I would comment on is the arrival time. After pickup from the hotel and check-in at the tour we had a 40-50 min wait until the tour actually started. Please look at this.

The speedboat ride was fantastic. The area in the sea where our guide chose for us to snorkel was not good. The water was choppy and there was a strong current. We never saw the reef or any fish. We spent all our time in the water fighting the current and choppy water.
