Tour guide Mario left us in mosta, the bus left without us, had to finance our own way back to our hotel, and lost some gifts we bought at the mdina glass factory that were on board the bus. Nobody has since checked on us, our well being, or offered an explanation why the bus left without us.

Pacing of tour was very good - we didn't spend too long on the bus at any point, and we had enough time to enjoy each stop.

It all was good, but I feel that we could’ve had a little bit more time at each place. We were rushed a little bit.

Guide rushed from a to b and did not allow for guests walking at a slower pace

Overall, great experience just one thing to add. Mark was very good as a guide but my husband was using a wheelchair and when we got to Mdina, we got caught up with crowds to late in keeping up with Mark and the party. We missed the first part of his talk and unfortunately as we were at the back we couldn't hear the talk as there were other guides speaking around us which made it difficult to tune into Mark. Please can guides consider the whole group and their needs so we can all enjoy , thanks
