The experience begins in the majestic brandy cellar, a veritable temple of wine, where an audiovisual show immerses you in the history and mystery of this unique place.
You will stroll through the historic cellars, discovering the art of the solera and criadera system and contemplating century-old casks that hold the soul of the wine. The tour continues to the oldest part of the cellar, where the historical archive of samples, the different ranges of wines and the legacy of the Góngora family, who have kept this tradition alive for more than four centuries, are kept.
The experience culminates with a traditional Andalusian aperitif and tasting of six, an invitation to savour the essence of the land:

- La Esperanza: wine with biological and oxidative ageing
- El Americano: wine with accidental double ageing
