The service was fast, effective and efficient. I arrived at my gate in about 5 minutes. I received a warm welcome. The meet and greet personnel were easy to find at departures. They held up my name in big black bold letters. They led me every step of the way. I could not fault. They were very friendly and would use them again if I returned to Egypt. In my opinion is was good value for money as I do not like the stress of some airports especially as a solo traveller.

Fantastic service, they were waiting for us with a name board as soon as we arrived, took our bags and passports and saved a lot of time and queuing. It would be better if you did a more affordable rate for families.

We were met at the arrival door ans escorted right through the airport to the exit doors and then on to our hotel transport, from landing to sitting in the hotel no more than 60 minutes great service and would recommend it to anyone.
