The observation deck is located at the 30th floor of the Palace of Culture and Science; the palace was built between 1952 and 1955, during the Soviet occupation of Poland. Designed by Soviet architect Lev Rudnev, it was meant to be a symbol of Soviet power and friendship with Poland. Nowadays, the palace is still a controversial symbol of the country's communist past, but it has also become a beloved part of Warsaw's skyline and cultural heritage. Know in advance:

Please check your email. You will receive your tickets within a maximum of 72 hours from the moment of booking (usually within 24 hours)
This ticket will allow you to skip the line at the ticket office, you will only have to wait for the elevator to the 30th floor
You will receive an English PDF guide about the Palace of Culture and Science along with the ticket
Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult
Carry-on bags, handbags, incl. shopping bags, tourist backpacks and parcel boxes must be left in the paid lockers available on Level 1. This does not apply to women's purses/handbags
The Observation Deck is open from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm
