Discover the east part of Madeira. After hotel pickup, start your tour by heading towards Pico do Arieiro, the highest mountain accessible by car and the third-highest of the island (1818m). Here you will be astonished by the fantastic views over the mountains and the nature of the island. Descend towards Ribeiro Frio located in the middle of the "Laurisilva" (local laurel forest). It's part of the World Heritage of UNESCO and a great spot to watch the nature.

Continuing along the north coast, you'll pass through Faial and arrive at Santana. This town is known for its typical and original thatched-roof houses. After lunch, admire Ponta de São Lourenço, with several rocky formations and impressive views. Last but not least, before returning to your hotel, visit Machico. It's the historic city where the discoverers landed on Madeira for the first time in 1419.

Die Zeit bei den Stops war angemessen. Der Guide hat viel erzählt und ist auf Fragen eingegangen. Der Bus war voll besetzt und es war ziemlich eng. Trotzdem eine sehr schöne Tour.

Ein sehr freundlicher und kundiger Reiseführer, jedoch ein kleiner, vollbesetzter Bus mit knapper Beinfreiheit und relativer Enge zum Sitznachbarn. Leider musste ich noch einen zusätzlichen Transferzuschlag in Höhe von 30€ zahlen vom Hotel Saccharum nach Funchal.

Leider war das Wetter regnerisch. Es wurde Pausen an Stellen gemacht, die verregnet waren. Da hätte man Alternativen anbieten sollen. Im Bus war es leider sehr kalt..Der Guide aber sehr nett. Wasser im Bus wäre gut gewesen. Pünktlich war top.

Ingen info var ja skulle bli upphämtad, ingen hjälp av tuis guider när jag bad om det, total förnekelse efter vi bett om återbetalning, fullständigt ur-uselt, ingen upplevelse överhuvud taget, bara riktigt dåligt bemötande så vi blev uppretade till bristningsgränsen, bara bestulen på 700kr och blivit föbannad
