Positiv: Chichen Itza ist beeindruckend, der Guide war sehr informativ und hat sich bemüht alles gut zu erklären. Transport war tadellos, auch der Fahrer war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Cenote war traumhaft, muss man gesehen haben! Negativ: nichtmal Wasser an Bord. Bei dem Preis erwartet man bei 14 Stunden Ausflug das wenigstens Wasser angeboten wird. Valladolid kann man gerne aus der Tour streichen. Gerade mal 20 Minuten Beine vertreten ist ein Aufenthalt nicht wert.

I 5 star reviewed this trip on Tripadvisor. NB. The fives hotel charges a fee from Amigo Tours so they cannot pick up at the Fives hotel. This meant I stood at 6am in Playa del Carmen with my children in a car park. I then sat in the minibus whilst every other guest was collected at hotels. This needs resolved, arrange pick up at the gates of the Fives or get The Fives to negate the fees. It appears you are exposing guests to unnecessary risk plus brand damage, TUI guests not collected at Fives

The trip was superb from start to finish. It was a long day but worth it to see so many places and have such great experiences. Jesus was our driver and the trip was smooth and comfortable. Paul was our tour guide and he was incredibly knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour. Although the excursion information says bikes are optional at Coba, we were encouraged to use them because of time which is an additional charge but worth it.

We had the best experience thank to our guide Beto. Our guide was very informative with a good sense of humour, we felt safe with no worries about getting lost when there was time for us to go off and get photos after the tour. Absolutely amazing experience.

Det ville have været rart hvis cykeltaxierne i Coba var med i prisen, og at stoppet i Valladolid blev fjernet, det var spild af tid, når der er så varmt og der ikke var mere tid til at gå rundt. Men ellers var den en dejlig tur, med en rigtig god guide

Alfredo the driver was excellent very friendly and you felt very safe in his care. Our guide Ricardo was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and very up to date with current science based understanding of all the sites we saw. Several times I heard incorrect talks being given by other guides but Ricardo was perfect. I double checked and his knowledge was impeccable.
