TUI were very good, great communication and customer support. The excursion/experience booked through TUI was excellent, we had a little trouble getting some information in advance but in the end TUI and the local operator were very responsive and helpful. The only negative was the Hop On, Hop Off bus finished earlier than their timetable stated, but the bus routes and staff were excellent. We recommend the Acropolis and Acropolis Museum visits. We note you need barcodes, not QR codes to get in.
