This tour was spectacular because: 1) Tour guide John the Archaeologist made the tour! He was passionate/ knowledgeable/ an advocate/ humorous! My VERY opinionated/tough critic stepdaughter even liked him & the tour!!!) 2) 8AM option-cooler temps, crowds hit as we were leaving 3) small group

Lydia was a really informative tour guide, sharing lots of information about what we were seeing and how things have changed. She made sure the group kept together with less mobile members. And despite some technical difficulties with the headsets she kept us engaged throughout the trip
