Join a tasty Japanese experience with this sake and wagyu pairing meal. Learn about the various dishes, the traditional Japanese drink with your local host and sommelier.
On arrival, you are welcomed with a Japanese aperitif. Your host, Yuma will tell you all about Japanese craft sake and wagyu. Enjoy a full-course wagyu meal, each dish paired with Japanese sake. In the different dishes, you will taste various types of wagyu coming from different regions. With the help of Yuma, an official sommelier, you will discover the many types of sake, warm, cold, or cocktails.
Your host Yuma has lived in America and Europe before returning to Japan with a greater appreciation of the Japanese culture and food and is happy to share this culture with you.
