On Wednesdays, access to St. Peter's Basilica may not be possible until 1 pm, due to the Papal Audience taking place in St. Peter's Square

Meet your guide 15 minutes before the tour starts at the corner of Viale Vaticano and Via Tunisi, between Caffè Vaticano and Hotel Alimandi Vaticano. The guide will be waiting at the bottom of the wide steps across the street from the entrance of the Vatican Museums. The closest metro stop is Ottaviano-Musei Vaticani (red line A). Coordinators will be wearing blue polo shirts or jackets for easy recognition.

Onze gids , Amy , vertelde veel interessante weetjes op humoristische wijze. We hebben genoten.Er is zoveel te zien , trek daar nog maar een dag voor uit.

De gids was goed in kennis en had oog voor de groepsgrootte van 20. Veel verteld en veel laten zien in het Vaticaan museum.

Unser Gruppenleiter Iman hat sehr langsam Englisch gesprochen, was mir als deutscher sehr geholfen hat. Auch hat er immer geschaut, dass die Gruppe zusammengeblieben ist, was durch die Menge an Leuten in den Museen bestimmt nicht leicht ist.

Omdat er enorm veel te zien en te vertellen is, is het niet eenvoudig om een goede rondleiding langs alle belangrijke punten in pakweg 3 uur te geven. Onze gids Ettori is hier uitstekend in geslaagd.
