Accessibility:

Visitors with certified disability of at least 67% are entitled to free admission and should not purchase a ticket. If the visitor is not self-sufficient, one accompanying person is also entitled to free admission and should not purchase a ticket

Not allowed:

Sleeveless or low-cut tops, shorts above the knee, and miniskirts are not permitted. Entry may be denied if these requirements are not met

Know in advance:

Bring a valid passport or government-issued photo ID for every participant. The full name shown on each ticket must match the name on the corresponding ID document. In accordance with the Vatican Museums' regulations, entry will not be permitted if the details do not match
Skip-the-line access allows you to bypass the standard ticket-purchase queue. Mandatory security checks apply to every visitor, and short waiting times may still occur during busy periods
This experience does not include an in-museum guided tour or an audioguide. Your host will accompany you to the Vatican Museums entrance and provide a brief orientation of the main highlights before entry. Once inside, you are free to explore independently and at your own pace
Shoulders and knees must be covered to enter the premises
Children under 7 are entitled to free admission. Please bring a valid ID or passport as proof of age
Access to specific rooms, galleries or the Sistine Chapel may be restricted or changed at short notice due to religious ceremonies, security measures or decisions by the Vatican Museums. In such cases, no refund will be due, in accordance with the Vatican Museums' policy

Please arrive 15 minutes before the entry time shown on your voucher. Look for staff holding a white umbrella or flag marked "Meeting Point" and displaying the 1 City Tour logo (pink and green). Late arrivals will be considered a no-show and will result in the loss of skip-the-line access

The meeting instructions need to be clearer, we had to ask two different guides where it was before we found it, given the amount of visitors and different groups there are at the attraction.

Elämystä ostaessa tulisi olla selkeästi ohjeistettuna, ettei tui:lta saatu "lippu" vatikaaniin ole virallinen lippu vaan se tulee vaihtaa viralliseen lippuun oppaalta paikan päällä. Tiedoissa ei myöskään kovin selvästi ilmene, että paikalla on opas, joka on löydettävä ihmisjoukosta. Oppaalla olleessa lipussa ei myöskään ollut näkyvissä tui:n merkkiä. Opas oli kyllä osaava ja ystävällinen. Elämystä varatessa mainostettiin ilmaista peruutusta, joka ei todellisuudessa ollut mahdollista, yritettiin
