Please note that baby strollers, luggage and large bags (over 40x35x15 cm), backpacks, umbrellas, tripods, animals and potentially harmful objects are not allowed on the premises and must be left in the cloakroom. The cloakroom is a 20-minute walk from the end of the tour
Food and drinks are not allowed, except water

Know in advance:

You need to provide the local tour provider with the full names and passport numbers of all participants, as it is strictly required for access to the Vatican
The ticket will give you access to the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel
It's recommended to wear comfortable footwear and appropriate clothes that cover at least the shoulders and knees
Please note you can not enter the premises wearing shorts, short skirts, and sleeveless shirts
Some parts might not be accessible and are subject to unexpected closures until further notice due site’s restrictions
All guests must undergo airport-style security screening. During high season, the wait may be up to 30 minutes
Late arrivals will not be accommodated
Photographs are not allowed inside the Sistine Chapel and in some other parts of the tour. The Vatican staff is authorized to delete any files taken

Please exchange your voucher with the staff who will be meeting you holding a “Loving Rome” flag. The meeting point is at Via Tunisi 4, 00192. Located at the bottom of the wide steps across from the entrance to the Vatican Museums. The steps are located between Caffè Vaticano and Hotel Alimandi Vaticano, on the corner of Viale Vaticano and Via Tunisi. Please arrive at the meeting point 15 - 20 minutes before the activity starts.
