It wasn't clear who our guide was as the company name on the card he was holding didn't match what was on our booking. Our guide, Melissa was amazing. She knew what she was doing and was very knowledgeable. She made the whole tour come to life and pointed out everything of interest. Would highly recommended.

Wir haben bei der TUI gebucht, der Veranstalter war" Towns of Italy", die haben an "Florenetown" weitergegeben und die an einen "freien Mitarbeiter", der sich sehr wenig an dem Treffpunkt gezeigt hatte. Er hatte keinerlei eindeutige Zeichen. Da wir unsicher waren, haben wir die Sicherheitsgarde des Vatican eingeschaltet, der keine der vorgenannten Organisationen kannte und Meldung zu der Vorgesetzten Abteilung gemacht hat. Wir haben durch Glück unseren Führer gefunden, er war sehr, sehr gut.

Der Guide traf am Meeting Point relativ spät ein, was etwas Unruhe aufbrachte, ob die Tour überhaupt stattfindet.

Meeting Point was duidelijk maar te druk om te staan wachten, zeker als de zon schijnt. Susanna was een zeer hulpvaardige en zeer bekwame gids!

Was geweldig maar wat was het druk. Was blij dat ik een kaartje van te voren had gekocht
