The package included "tickets" to enter the Papal Audience, but NO ONE need tickets for this, they don't exist, everyone has to arrive early and make the line, including those who paid City Wonders. Absurd. However, Musement defended us and gave us a full refund

Pas de français en traduction de plus l'audience Papale est gratuite donc je me demande pourquoi j'ai payé au final..bien qu'on m'ait propose d'annuler au dernier moment mais évidemment étant venue express je n'ai pas annule

Large bags, tripods, umbrellas, and backpacks are prohibited inside the Vatican. Any such items must be checked into the free luggage storage area which may result in your having to leave the tour early to retrieve them at the entrance

This tour includes free Papal Audience tickets. In addition to reserving and picking up tickets for you, the guide will provide expert insight into the history and traditions of the Papacy and this ceremony, as well as navigate you through the crowds to find the best available seating
The maximum group size is 25 people
You must arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the tour begins
Depending on the time of year the location of the Papal Audience may vary. During the warmer months from approximately Easter week to the end of September, the Papal Audience is held outdoors at St. Peter’s Square whereas during the colder months, the Audience takes place in the Sala of Paul VI within the Leonine Walls of Vatican City. The decision regarding the location of the Papal Audience is made by Vatican officials the day before the event
On Wednesdays, due to the Papal Audiences, access to St Peter's Basilica is not possible until 1 pm
