Whilst l enjoyed the museum immensely, and found it very interesting, was very disappointed regarding guide. More to the point, lack of guide, who for some reason did not turn up. When l called at 12 to find out where guide was, I was told l had been informed in the morning they would not be available. I received no message till after l had spoken to them. Was also told l would also receive an apology gift, which l also didn't receive
