Die Führung war gut und kompetent. Am Start war der Guide nicht auffindbar (Beschreibung zu ungenau und Tourbezeichnung entsprach nicht der gebuchten Firma - diese trat nur als Vermittler auf, was die Kosten in die Höhe trieb). Die Hotline war kaum verständlich und lag in Spanien (zusätzliche Kosten). Fast hätten wir die Tour verpasst. Andere Tourteilnehmer haben deutlich weniger für die gleiche Leistung bezahlt.
