I really saw no value buying the ticket through this company. I paid extra for an audio guide that was based on a Wi-Fi connection. There is no Wi-Fi connection at Ufizzi or at least there wasn’t on the day that I went Saturday, May 16. I believe I should be reimbursed for that portion of the ticket. Also, there is a lot of renovation currently being done at the Uffizi, which made the visit less enjoyable. It would’ve been nice to have been informed of this beforehand.

Trotz online Karten. Mussten wir 30 Minuten warten. Die Karten sind auch viel zu teuer. Vor Ort kosten sie 18 € pro Person. Wir haben 33 dafür bezahlt. Der einzige Vorteil ist, wir mussten nicht zweimal ewig anstehen.
