Snorkeling on a lava reef, isn't that a perfect adventure on a volcanic island? Get to see stingrays, starfish and other amazing creatures hidden beneath the ocean's surface in the Bay of Stingrays in southern Tenerife.

A professional instructor will help you discover the underwater world and make you feel calm and safe during the 50-minute snorkeling tour. For maximum safety, the activity starts with a briefing on how to swim with fins and mask.

There were no Rays when i went and it waa a day when visibility was poor. Wet suits were compulsory although the water was warm enough ot to need them. Good for safety, but i would have preferred to feel freer. Staff we lovely. I woul definitely recomme d it.

Jose made us feel calm, safe and well informed When we lost a flipper Jose was cool about it and fortunately he did manage to retrieve it. We learnt a great deal about the sea life we encountered and Jose’s warmth and enthusiasm was fantastic to be around. We were collected and dropped back to our hotel by a really nice driver who had a pristine car. A piece of fresh fruit afterwards would have been wonderful. We highly recommend this trip.

Efficient service from start to finish. Professional And friendly team at dive centre. Everything was explained clearly. Equipment provided was clean and effective. Guide was so lovely. Sadly no stingray but I guess they were sleeping. All in all a great time was had by all.

Felt like no representative in the hotel was lacking. The app you can do everything but the app can’t tell you can’t provided certain excursions. My experience with the snorkelling wasn’t that good as I had to pay extra and was a lot of hassle in sending emails to different contractors. It didn’t spoil the holiday as facilities/staff/food was superb but can do with having own representatives in hotel would be great.
