Was a grwat trip out. First time doing it for us both. Very friendly staff. Great experience. Only negative was getting back. It was a bit disorganised. They said half hour, ended up waiting one and a half hours. Had we have known, wpuld not have minded. Would have had a walk around but ended up sitting on a bench for an hour as didnt know

Maybe provide lockers for peace of mind of safety of belongings when you have to leave them behind to go on experience

Great staff, absolute blast. They were very helpful with our party, especially my mum whose 72 and its her 1st go!! She enjoyed every second. Bonus was seeing dolphins whilst out on the boat too.

Good start as received a confirmation message from H2O of dat and time of pick up. However initial transfer failed to arrive, with no updates from H2O. After messaging the company they did reschedule our parasailing for later the same day, and it was worth the wait, despite our plans for the day being interrupted.
