Your adventure begins with an overnight drive from your Sharm El Sheikh hotel to Cairo, passing through the tunnel beneath the Suez Canal - a memorable experience in itself. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by the iconic Giza Pyramids, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Unravel the mysteries of these monumental structures before proceeding to the legendary Great Sphinx of Giza, a colossal limestone statue that has guarded the plateau for over 4,500 years.

After lunch, delve into the treasures of the Grand Egyptian Museum, the world's largest archaeological museum. Here, you'll witness thousands of ancient artefacts, including the complete treasures of Tutankhamun displayed together for the first time in history. The museum's modern architecture and immersive exhibition halls bring Ancient Egypt to life like never before. Your day concludes at Khan El-Khalili, Cairo’s oldest and most famous bazaar. Meander through its alleys filled with traditional crafts, jewellery, spices, and souvenirs. As the day draws to a close, sit back and relax on your return journey to Sharm El Sheikh.

Please note that you'll gain access to the pyramids area, but the entrance fees to get inside the pyramids (Cheops, Mykerinos or Kefren) are not included. The tickets available are limited and must be purchased on-site, so access is not guaranteed. The adult entrance fee for the Cheops Great Pyramid is around EGP 1500 and EGP 750 for children under 12. The adult entrance fee for Mykerinos or Kefren is around EGP 280 and EGP 140 for children under 12. Payment is available only with a credit card

This small-group tour is operated in a private minivan and offered in both shared and private options; the shared option runs on selected dates with a minimum of 4 adults and a maximum of 8 guests per minivan
The private option is available daily and structured from Option 1 (solo traveller) up to Option 6 (groups of 6 to 15 participants)
Please note that tour language Arabic is only available for the private tours
Infants under 2 years can join free of charge if seated on a parent’s lap when no separate seat is available
If possible, you may want to arrange a take-away breakfast box and late dinner with your hotel reception before the tour date
The pick-up time starts after midnight and the journey to Cairo takes approximately 6-7 hours
A vegetarian meal is available on-site

Please bring your passport and ensure you obtain a full 30-day Egypt visa upon arrival (not the free Sinai-only stamp). If you do not have the required full-entry visa, please contact the local provider at least 2 days before your tour date for assistance, as it is mandatory for travel outside Sharm El Sheikh to Cairo. You'll find their contact data on your voucher
It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing, bring a hat, sun cream, a camera, bottles of water, and some extra cash for tipping and shopping
