I have done this before & it was fab ,this time there was no one there when i arrived with my name on a card last time they were just there as we got to the banks ,i started panicking as there was no one around it was so busy i found someone on there phone then all was well until we hit the carousel ,nothing fast about this bit the carousel was full of cases so no more cases were coming through as it was jammed if the staff at the airport took the cases off the carousel and placed them in a line
