Una auténtica aventura submarina te espera en esta excursión de snorkel de día completo. Te dirigirás a dos puntos diferentes dentro del Puerto Nacional de Arrecifes de Puerto Morelos para practicar snorkel con guía. En cada arrecife, tendrás unos 45 minutos para nadar, explorar y descubrir toda la vida marina que habita en estas zonas. Tras tu tiempo en el agua, te dirigirás a un restaurante llamado Casa Matea para almorzar, antes de disfrutar de tiempo libre para ir de compras. Ten en cuenta que las bebidas no están incluidas en el almuerzo.

Het was vooral achter de gids aanzwemmen op zoek naar schildpadden. Die dieren werden volledig opgedreven door ons mensen. Ik heb vaker gesnorkeld en ben gewent om stil te gaan liggen zodat je de vissen beter in de buurt kan laten komen en dus ook beter ziet. Verder vond ik het maar een saaie plek. Dat je hier naast het excursie geld ook nog 30 euro moet betalen om de baai te beschermen vond ik deze plek niet waard in vergelijking met andere snorkelplekken ter wereld.

Paid for snorkelling for my honeymoon, waited in the lobby of the hotel for an hour for nobody to turn up for us. There were also other people waiting. Apparently it happened the week before also. I’ve spoken to the TUI rep and made a complaint and now I’ve got to wait and see if I can get a refund. I read the reviews and this has happened before and no refund give as they put the lesson down as a no show. Totally unacceptable and wasted an hour of my holiday sat in the lobby waiting for someone

I was at the pick-up point ahead of time, but there wasn't a tour rep there, and they didn't call my phone to try and locate me. Went on the TUI FAQs, which said to use the contact number given on the voucher, but there wasn't one. Neither the voucher or the TUI booking area had the name of the tour operator, so I couldn't even ask around to see if they were looking for me. Contacted TUI, who said "they were there and marked you as a no show" and wouldn't discuss further, so I paid for nothing.
