I purchased the wrong tickets due to this service being promoted on Google over the tickets I searched up. While I was at the MET after searching for tickets online, this service was the first in the search engine promoting MOMA. I purchased the tickets to MOMA without realizing and immediately tried to get a refund within the same 5 mins. The website blocked me from issuing a refund of $60 USD despite it being within the hour of purchase. I spent my first 30 min at the MET contacting my bank.

I booked 5 tickets accidentally on the wrong day and I have been unable to get a refund. I reached out to the nuseam directly to see id they could assist and because it was booked throigh a 3 rd party they are unable to assist. There is no email listed on this website.

Got there early and beat the crowd. Expansive showings of marvelous artists I didn’t know but feel quite familiar with now.
