Experience an island-hopping boat trip on the Medulin Riviera and take in some of the most beautiful coastal scenery in Istria. As well as the sandy island of Levan, you'll also pitch up at Kamenjak Protected Nature Area– a wild and rugged peninsula famous for its clean waters and cliff divers.

It's stunning scenery right from the go as we sail out of Medulin harbour. Gently gliding for an hour towards Kamenjak, you'll be able to relax on board as you savour the beauty of the coastline. Your captain will drop anchor at this protected nature reserve. The cliffs here are honeycombed with caves, and guides will lead you in, if you fancy swimming inside one of them.

Once you've dried off, we'll sail to Porer, a circular islet that's smaller than a football pitch and topped with a lighthouse. Meat and fresh fish are barbecued up on the boat for lunch, and once we've eaten, we'll pull up on the island of Levan for a couple of hours' sunbathing and swimming. Utter bliss.

Boat was overcrowded we were wedged in and unable to move around. Not given any safety briefing. There was no commentary at all so no explanation of what we were passing or any landmarks. Left the island quite early and didn’t check who was on board. This is the worst TUI trip we have ever done and felt like a wasted afternoon. Would not recommend to anyone

Booked through app, the excursion was cancelled by operator due to weather conditions. After waiting 40 minutes we found an employee of company who told us this. We were not informed via app. So we got up early to reach pick up point completely unnecessary !!!!!

On the tajana boat, the Italian lady was extremely helpful

Staff were lovely and courteous We were out from 12.00pm til 6pm so plenty of time Food was average, but fine for lunch Spent 2 hours at Levan sunbathing which was lovely but the bars were closing up for end of season and there were no bathroom facilities on the island The beach itself though is beautiful

Caves / boat trip/ staff / limitless drinks were good The beach we stayed at for 3 and half hours had one patch of sand for everyone to find a spot , the rest was rocky. The beach wasn’t very clean We had our lunch at about 10-10.30 in the morning Good value for money though as we paid less with TUI online than we would have with local tour operators

We did this trip last year and loved it so booked again. When we went on Tajana previously we were given a commentary but that didn't happen this time. We had lunch before 10.30 which was very early. Overall though it is good value for money, but not as good as it used to be.
