Please arrive at Brussels Central Station at least 10 minutes before the departure time. Your bus will be waiting for you at Carrefour de l'Europe Square under the columns at the main entrance to the train and metro station, in front of the Hilton Grand Place Hotel. Your guide will be wearing a black jacket and carrying an umbrella displaying the names Buendía Tours and Niceday Tours, as well as a Spanish or English flag (depending on your chosen tour language).

Die Guides waren nicht wie angekündigt schwarz gekleidet und hatten auch keinen Regenschirm mit der spanischen bzw englischen Flagge. Da am Sammelplatz mehrere Gruppen starten gab es Verwirrungen. Der Guide Oscar war OK, erzählte amüsant und gab Tipps.

The trip was brilliantly led by our guide Marc who made the whole experience fun and informative. I would thoroughly recommend going to Bruges as it offers a great contrast to Brussels with its charm, canals and architecture. I have to say the guide made the trip and I hope he finds 'Temi' soon!
