At the meeting point, the staff will greet you and provide you with all the essential information and tips to maximize your visit. You'll be handed over your access to the Colosseum and a code to use the video guide app for 48 hours, which includes five main archaeological sites of the Ancient Rome.

Your ticket grants you access to the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, Imperial Forum and Palatine Hill but does not include admission to the Circus Maximus. However, the comprehensive AI video guide covers this magnificent site in detail, and you'll be able to find your way around it with the app. You are welcome to enjoy the Circus Maximus from the exterior while listening to the historical commentary provided by the AI guide on your mobile device.

Groots en indrukwekkend! Ik heb genoten van het bezoek aan het Colosseum in combiticket met het Forum Romana. Het toeristeninformatiekantoor in Rome voorziet je een dag van tevoren, via een Appje van informatie om een App en de onderdelen voor digitale gidsen alvast te downloaden. Je wordt (in zeer goed Engels) vriendelijk geholpen en de uitleg is duidelijk. De skip the line tickets schelen een hoop wachttijd. Echt een compliment hoe dit georganiseerd is!

Het is best een pauze in te lassen tussen Colosseum en de rest.

We konden weinig zien door de hoeveelheid mensen en ook de security was niet zo aardig. In het colosseum was er niet duidelijk afgebeeld hoe de route liep en op welke verdieping je was. Uiteindelijk zijn we maar gaan rondlopen en in de app gekeken waar de waypoints zaten, echter hebben we weinig kunnen horen, doordat de app steeds aangaf dat we ernaast zaten ondanks dat we door het hele gebouw zijn gelopen. Zeer slechte app.

2 Tickets in Nederland gekocht via Tui voor 74 euro. Ik dacht dat is handig. Op de afgesproken plek, de Tickets opgehaald. De prijs van de ticket staat op je ticket. 18 euro per stuk. Dan voel je je al besodemieterd voordat je binnen bent. Om het coloseum in te mogen , gaat vlot. Van binnen is het prachtig. Wij hadden er meer van verwacht, we waren er met 45 minuten dan ook weer uit. Audio is niet aanwezig.
