Ancient Asclepeion, one of Greece's most important archaeological sites, will be your first point of call. Look around the remains of the world's first hospital and see where Hippocrates is said to have received his medical training. Then, it's off to the highest mountain village on the island, Zia.
A cooking demonstration will show you how to make moussaka before tucking into a typical lunch. Sample and slurp some local wines at a winery and make your way to the former capital, Kefalos, where you'll visit a honey factory. A panoramic photo stop will complete the line-up.
