This was a third party app., I consider this a shot across the bow. No markup on these tickets, but often these apps do include markups so i checked AI to avoid in future. Now the museum. Reasonable price for great art in NYC ! Audio tour , wow how pathetic the set up. Shocking, IT should organize the audio tour for 1880 to 1950. No order to the paintings so you have to search around. I believe 77 pieces. It’s 2026, create an app and use IT to map out the prices, also, connectivity poor.

No pude encontrar el sitio del audio guías y con tantos turistas de habla hispana. Deberían tener los 2 lenguajes. El Castellano es el 2do idioma más hablado y mucho personal no interactua. Ahora los que hablan Castellano son muy cordiales

I purchased the wrong tickets due to this service being promoted on Google over the tickets I searched up. While I was at the MET after searching for tickets online, this service was the first in the search engine promoting MOMA. I purchased the tickets to MOMA without realizing and immediately tried to get a refund within the same 5 mins. The website blocked me from issuing a refund of $60 USD despite it being within the hour of purchase. I spent my first 30 min at the MET contacting my bank.

I booked 5 tickets accidentally on the wrong day and I have been unable to get a refund. I reached out to the nuseam directly to see id they could assist and because it was booked throigh a 3 rd party they are unable to assist. There is no email listed on this website.
