Transferência do Siam Park da área de Los Gigantes ou Golf del Sur

Firstly the coach was 40 minutes late! The tui representative told us it was 25minutes transfer which turned into 1 hour going and 1hr 10minutes on return. We were told the shops would be open until 10pm were most had closed at 8pm

The coach was 30mins late , so had to wait in the sun with no shade with 2 children. Also on return the driver refused to drop us off on near our hotel ie he had to drive past the road but said he was only stopping at pickup point . So my family with kids , and also another older couple had to walk up hill for about 30mins in the early hours of the morning . If we had realised this would have just paid the extra and used taxis as not the service we recommend from Tui

I’m not confident finding my way to places abroad so will only do trips if there is a transfer and never had any issues with tui transfers

We got told a bus number to look for when finished but the bus came with no number and driver was no even aware of the number until we told her and had to go around and make sure she had us all. Very good busy confused a bit on way home x

The bus was small so we didn’t have to wait to fill it up. It went direct to Siam park which was very quick. We had the same driver so we were certain it was our bus and she was lovely.
