Keep your ticket until the end of the tour; staff may request it when you leave to maintain capacity limits.

Reduced tickets and Madridista card

Show relevant documentation for reduced-price tickets.
Madridista cardholders must present their card at the entrance.

Free entry for ages 0–4.

Animals

No animals allowed, except guide dogs with official documentation.

Monday to Saturday: 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
Sundays and public holidays: 9:30 am – 6:30 pm
