What to expect

Follow an Escape Tour through Edinburgh using an app and discover the city in a unique way. Follow the footsteps of criminals and murderers William Hare and William Burke who need to flee Edinburgh because the police are looking for them. Help them find the secret exit out of the city.

It is 1828 and Wiliam Hare is earning his money by renting a Lodging House. This was, however, not a big business and when one of his tenants died he and his friend Burke came up with the idea to sell the corpse. Professor Knox bought the corpse and Burke and Hare found their new business. In the following months, they sold more and more corpses until the police found out and they now need to flee the city.

Wander through Edinburgh to help Burke and Hare to find the secret exit out of the city. Try to solve the assignments, difficult questions, and fun riddles. You will play the Escape Tour using an app you'll download before starting the race against the clock. Follow the clues, solve the puzzles to escape the city within 2 hours. Good luck!
